This thing is awesome, were blown away by how well-made it is and the price was so low for all these features we had to try it out. So glad we did, we will be trying more Vivitar products in the future for sure.

Giving the price I paid for, the tripod does its job well. The only thing that happened to me was the top got loose after a year of moderate use. But overall, it is a strong, sturdy, and well functional tripod that will serve you.

This is a very nice tripod for the price. It is versatile and seems to be pretty stable. I have a Finepix S3400 camera which the tripod supports with no problem. I can't speak for full size DSLRs, but if you can afford on of those, you can afford a much more expensive tripod. I hope to do some nature photography and this tripod appears to be quite capable of doing everything I need. The slide locks on the legs can be set to any position allowing me to set it up on uneven ground. It is also very light weight and comes with a case making it easy to take along. So far I have no complaints. I will update this review if I have problems.

I bought two of these tripods to hold a couple of tiny, cheap digital camcorders: two JVC GZ-E100s weighing a whopping 1/2 pound each. These are perfect for that purpose. These tripods are so light that I dunno if I'd trust them to hold more than a couple of pounds or to stay standing in a strong wind, but they seem stable enough for light use in calm conditions.One nice thing is that there are actually two bubble levels included, one built into the base which tells you if you're on level ground, and another built into the mount which tells you if your camera is level. That second level is missing from my other cheap tripod, a Sunpak 620-020 (aka 2001UT).I'll update this review if these end up falling apart after a few weeks of use. For now, though, I can't imagine I'd have been able to find a better tripod than this for the price (less than $15 each)!

You get what you pay for from vivitar, so don't expect the world when you buy this, but it functions okay, even though you feel like it's gonna snap at any minute. Haha, but it's great if you're traveling and don't wanna lose your fancier tripod.

It held my Panasonic Lumix z80 camera pretty well I like it, this is a good tripod for your money.

Its plastic, but has what is advertised, but its plastic.

I bought this with zero intent of ever using it with a camera. Instead, I am using it for a laser level, which it has performed very well for. The height range is decent for most common household applications and it has held up pretty well so far.

I have been using this tripod for 4 years now and it's still going strong! Highly recommend.

La estructura y los detalles del tripié eran justo (o mejor) de lo que imaginaba. Me encantó que tiene la agarradera para su mejor transportación ya armado, tiene doble válvula, las patitas se mueven conforme a la nivelación donde se encuentre, y el material me parece bueno, aunque... Esperaba que su mayoría fuera de aluminio o de un material más resistente, a pesar de que hay partes de plástico, me encantó. El único "pero" que le pongo, es que al momento de desabrochar los broches para alargar las patas del tripié me he llevado varias pellizcadas porque está muy duro para abrirse.

por 14 euros no se puede pedir mas a un trípode , cumple con su función y además viene con una funda

rien a dire , pour 15,55€ frais de port compris vous disposez d'un trepied alu léger, bien fini, couleur noire discrete ,tres stable grace a ses pieds sur rotule. on peut photographier verticalement et horizontalement et autre astuce interesante:on vise d'abord l'appareil photo a une piece qui se clipse ensuite sur le trepied, ce qui permet de defaire tres rapidement l'appareil photo de son support... j'oubliais: pour ce prix on dispose d'un niveau a bullepour info : j'utilise un NIKON D5100 dessusvraiment un bon achat !
