Seems like a nice, durable product. Installed in 5 minutes. Not sure of the complaints, but there are 4 different bracket styles which may have baffled some people? But if you can't figure those out or worse yet have them come off when driving then you'd be better off leaving the install to someone more mechanically inclined.

I was in pretty desperate need for a new wiper blade that could fit my Subaru's windshield attachment point, so I ordered this one. It does fit, but the little plastic button that connects it to my car was bent and I needed to bend it back into place. I guess I should have known it would be messed up when the packaging had been clearly tampered with, but like I said, I desperately needed a new wiper blade ASAP. For this length, it's also a little flimsy at the end points; I can't have my wipers working too quickly or else the end will skid against my windshield and it makes me nervous the whole thing will detach while I'm driving! Ugh. Anyway. I'd recommend any other seller unless you're desperate like me. This one will make do for now until I get my hands on a Subaru wiper blade.

In addition, item was in an open package. Could that be the reason that the correct adaptor was not furnished? Also, $4.95 to return the item. Terrible customer service. Lesson learned.

The instructions are so clear and easy to understand. Wonder why people are bashing them. They work well and so far i haven't had any issues with the blades. Will post an update after a few months to see if they last or i have issues.

The instructions are clear except for the markings on the parts. One part was marked both B-8 and C2. Why would Michelin put two numbers on the same part!? It was frustrating enough that I'll avoid Michelin wipers from now on.
