We absolutely Love Cgef Paul's Magic Seasoning in the Blackened Redfish ot is delicious on just about everything. So when we saw they had a whole Collection of Seasonings for different Meats, Poultry, Seafood and Veggies and for such a Reasonable Price we had to get them. They are delicious and zest up any meal. These are incredible Use the vegetable seasoning to spice up all your vegetables - everyone rants and raves about the taste of all the vegetables I make, carrots, peas potatoes, etc The poultry is amazing to, use it on all chicken - whole, breasts, wings, etc The fish seasoning is great on prawns. This set has all the seasonings I need for my Creole' and Cajun recipes. Mix and blend d them together to create serious kitchen magic. Put meat magic on a burger ..you won't want a burger any other way. Chicken magic on roasted or baked chicken ..same deal. Blackened Red Fish on salmon ...good Lord.. combinations of all for Jambalaya? Heaven..

Packaged well. Tried most of them. Not too salty and definitely gives a distinct flavor without being strong. The herbs used brighten your pallet, especially the vegetable blend. Better than a Mrs. Dash although there is salt in the seasoning.
