Great customer service
Plants arrived quickly and I potted them immediately after the mailman handed the box to me. Two of the plants looked dead and two of them looked fragile and unhealthy - but I set them all in anyway. A week later the dead plants were still dead and the other two didn't look like they would make it either. So I messaged the company asking for replacements. They arrived quickly and these plants look vibrant and healthy. I potted them immediately and am hoping they will continue to flourish. I was impressed with the immediate customer service and how quickly the replacement plants arrived.

Packing needs improvement
Ordered 4 plants, they were not packaged the best so one had came out of container in shipping and was dried out, not sure if it will live. Plants are very small, appear to be started from seeds.

Weak plants
It arrived almost dead. I tried to rejuvenate it but it was too weak.... I just lost my money for this item and money to support those plants. There were no any instructions... there were no even the name of the plants... and yes, I couldn't figure out if those particular plants need some special treatments... so I just tried to give them the usual treatment plus some essential extra care after theirjourney... they arrived dieing, and they didn't survived after all my investments.

Arrived green and healthy.
Despite it taking 10 days to get to me after it was shipped, the plants arrived green and healthy.

Spider mites all over
The media could not be loaded. Plants were a bit taller than expected. Roots were healthy and well developed. Leaves were mostly OK with some yellowing.Unfortunately, right out of the box, they were infested with two-spotted spider mites. If you get new plants, always isolate them from any other plants you have.Initially spray them down over a sink or bath, with an insecticidal soap to kill any pests, then spray every 2-3 days to get any that have newly hatched from eggs.Spider mites are tiny, and very difficult to see without a magnifier. Spider mites will also use you and any structures to travel to other plants if disturbed.

3.5 plants actually
Arrived well-packaged, but one was so small, it didn't make it. The others looked good when they arrived, but they are struggling, even after planting immediately. They are tiny plants, maybe 3-4 inches tall.
