This chair is GORGEOUS! The leather is so supple and the thick light stitching is a beautiful contrast to the dark color. I am in the process of refinishing an old roll-top desk and wanted something that would match it's classic look. When comparing chairs in this price range I was hard pressed to find one that was both beautiful and comfortable. This one stood out because it reclines all the way back and has a foot rest so that you can lay flat! I need all the help I can get in the nap department. I was able to put it together in less than 10 minutes by myself and I can't wait to use it with my desk once it's finished. The lumbar support alone makes this purchase worth while to me!

It is probably the worst office “chair” I have ever used. I wish I have sent it back on the first day. The seat itself leans forward so much I had to use a cushion to feel comfortable. When I reclined in it, it felt as I was going to slip out. So, I never used this “chair” as I hope. I cannot sit against the back for it will suddenly fall backwards without touching the tilt lever. Sometimes the casters won’t roll easy that I would have to push hard. It is too easy to flip the “chair”, which I did, twice landing onto the floor once while trying to stand up. F.Y.I. I am handicap and had trouble getting up from the floor. If I could give negative stars I would, so buyers beware. Husband of Momma B

I am quite pleased with this chair. It met all of my expectations and the reclining nap feature is amazing. Be aware a heavy box will arrive that takes two people to handle and assemble. The white stitching on the leather should be brown, sort of cheapens. The chair is soft and comfortable. Personally I think the chair could have been preassembled, shrink wrapped and boxed without a much larger footprint. Would be nice if chair came with a choice of casters, carpet or wood.

This is almost a perfect chair. The only thing I have a complaint about is that seat leans forward too much, making it feel like I'm going to slide off the chair. I can not find any adjustment to make the seat lean slightly to the rear so that my butt would sit more to the back. Otherwise, the chair is well built and is of high quality.

I have actually Fallen of this chair due to the lack of Caster design, As they have no Real ball in the casters..I had this chair for some time and no matter where I put it / use it sticks to the surface ; never tired a tile floor.I'll now go buy REAL casters all 5...I've honestly Never seen a design like this.I'm Very Disapointed

I love this chair! Bought it on line, UPS carried it to the door, brought it upstairs and assembled it in about 15 minutes using the directions which were dead simple. Great investment in being comfortable while writing.

The chair basically has no padding. Very hard compared to the chair i replaced. Yes, it does recline but they need to add some padding.

So far I like the chair, but whoever packed it just shoved the parts in the box, nothing was wrapped in bubble wrap and all the parts were floating around in the bottom of the box. One screw was missing, luckily they package some extra parts. One of the handles that control the recline was partially broken. Some of the reviews say the chair needs more cushioning and I tend to agree with that, but it is basically comfortable.
