Really good for making pizzas, I have got it to well over 900f . To hot though!Browns and cooks beautifully. My only negative is that the chimney thermometer is way out compared to the pizza stone. Still developing techinique, but you need charcoal and pellets/wood chunks all the way though (preferably using the more expensive oak or other hardwood when you are almost at temp) to build up temperature, check every 4 minutes or so. Then at the end add a chunk of oak for flavour. Oh, you definitely need a handheld temperature gun that goes to high temperature, not all do.

Gets up to 400c in 20 - 30mins. keep topping it up with wood pellets and you will maintain 300c+ even whilst cooking/opening and shutting the door. I find a small handful every few minutes keeps the smoke from the pellets down and heat up.

There is a serious design flaw with this which was flagged up on one of the YouTube videos.The release catch for the door expands as the unit gets hot therefore as you are cooking you have to literally force it and risk damaging the door when opening and closingMine also had a poor seal resulting in some heat loss

Amazing...great pizza oven. Easy to assemble. Had it 6 months and still works brilliantly.

Love this pizza oven! Takes a bit of practice to get the best temp etc... but wow, amazing pizzas!
