Some items in bottom of template are broken
It’s broken and warped. Can’t use bottom items. I tried to make it work for me anyway but I paid for it to be whole not broken. I need it to be replaced.

Door openings swing both ways..
Bought because of the door openings and 1/4 ruler....use for estimating
