Bigger than expected
I won't lie, when I initially opened the package I was extremely disappointed. The pen was much larger and heavier than expected, not the end of the world. Then I noticed that the ink cartridge would not stay locked when in a writing position. So at this point I was very disappointed. However, after "breaking" it in, it started to function fine shortly after. I have only been using this pen for a week so I can't speak to durability, but I will say im loving this pen more and more each day. I am a huge fidget toy guy, I have them all. With that said, I find the spinner on top worth buying the pen alone for me, I love it. I switched out the ink cartridge to a Parker roller Gell ink, which works great. Last criticism I have is the pocket clip, its so tight to the barrel I can't clip it on anything! I tried to loosen the screws a little bit, bad idea don't do that. Overall I am happy with my purchase. If you are looking for a quality pen and don't care much about the spinner I would look elsewhere, if the spinner is a big reason in your decision, buy it.

Fun to hold and spin
Well made pen. Smooth clicker mechanism for extending and retracting ballpoint. Spinner spins smoothly, and about as quietly as possible. Diameter of spinner perfect for spinning, giving a bit of peripheral mass, but maybe a bit large for inconspicuous shirt-pocket carry. (I also have the Tacray titanium spinner pen. The Tacray pen is lighter weight, and an easier shirt-pocket carry, but spinner will not spin nearly as long as this one.)

That's a no for me dog
The media could not be loaded. For a product aimed at "fidgety" users, I this pen fails hilariously. The action of "clicking" the pen tip in and out is a mushy mess. You can feel and hear the internal friction and it doesn't even click! The experience will raise the hair on the back of your neck like nails on a chalkboard.Notwithstanding the flag on the spinner being off center, the rest of the pen is great. the spinner portion spins in a satifying way and the rest of the pen looks and feels nice.

Substantial in hand....
This is one of my top choice in collection because it has heft and balance that make writing easy and pleasurable. Besides constant spinning drives folks sitting next to me nuts. I love it!

Fail
The pen is solid and durable, but the mechanism that keeps the ink pen deployed quit working after a month. Zero customer service! With no support or way to contact support I have to rate this as a 1. If they were proud of their products they would have support and stand behind them!
