I can’t believe some of the reviews I’m reading. It’s clear that many people haven’t read the instructions or don’t understand what this product is designed for. This is not a regular moisturising cream. It does leave a white residue, and that is completely normal. The slight stickiness comes from the active ingredients, and only a small amount is meant to be used. This is a treatment, not a quick fix. Most importantly, it works. It’s the only product I’ve ever used that has given me real results. Dry skin becomes noticeably softer, cracks on heels improve, and the quality of this product is excellent. Best treatment for cracked skin.

Great for hands and feet! I read the reviews complaining about the inability to "rub in" the cream. I had the same problem, however, after several uses, I found that rubbing this cream for several minutes causes it to ball up and slough the dead skin cells. I used it on my hands and feet and is a great way to soften both at the same time. I then use an additional pea-size amount with my body lotion and it absorbs wonderfully! The smell isn't the best but adding my lotion decreases this problem. My hands and feet always crack in the winter to the point of bleeding. I've tried "Working Hands" and it did nothing. This cream has prevented the cracking and rough spots. I can tell if I skip a few days of use as the dry, cracking skin begins. This is an amazing product once you learn to use it correctly. If I had one complaint, it would be the smell. Again, after I've sloughed the dead skin and add my scented body lotion, it's very tolerable considering the excellent results!

I tried the Ebanel Urea Cream 40% + Salicylic Acid 2% on my heels, elbows, and even my knuckles — wow, it really softens thick, dry skin fast. After a couple nights with socks over it, I woke up to noticeably smoother soles and less flaking. The cream is a little thick and slightly sticky until fully absorbed, and the scent (kind of herbaceous) might not be for everyone.

I LOVE this stuff. I just bought my second jar, and it has cleared my back up tremendously. I think I’ve been using it every other day for about 3 months now. It is so nice, and I think it lasts pretty long considering the frequency that I use it. The consistency threw me off at first, because it’s very pasty and you gotta rub it in really good, but once it’s on it’s very light weight and I don’t notice it. I think it is wonderful. Nothing has cleared up my skin like this stuff. The only thing I noticed that is weird is it either develops a residue throughout the day or my skin will peel off very finely. Sometimes I will notice little white flecks on my clothes when I apply it. Not sure what it is, but it doesn’t bother me at all. It’s not a lot, but it is something I noticed.

I bought this because it seemed to be the highest rated foot cream having urea and salicylic acid which is what I wanted. My feet weren't terrible, but there was some mild cracks on my heels that I would occassionaly pick at which didn't help at all. I did not use any type of moisturizer on my feet before this and I was really bothered by my dry heels. I did use a pumice brush in the shower from time to time but needing something more that could help with exfoliation and moisture. I have been pretty good about using it at least once a day and have seen great results. The skin is softer to the touch, more hydrated, and in much better shape. The cracks are almost all gone. This isn't an instant result kind of product; you definitely have to use it for a week or so to see real results. The consistency of this product is very thick and gooey and it may leave your hands a little sticky, but nothing crazy. If you wash or put lotion on your hands after you are fine. I only use a little bit at a time and layer as needed. If you use too much it can leave a white residue and just feel icky. For me a little goes a long way.

Derm recommended for dry winter hands and feet. Very sticky and somewhat odorous and the cream flakes around the edges of the container making it a bit messy each time it's opened. I guess it's working? You'll need to be wearing socks or gloves after application unless you want your house full of grease.

Never, in my entire life have I seen longer lasting results on the dry, cracked, peeling, painful elbows I have than this week. I have used petroleum jelly, all kinds of lotions, and after a couple hours, my elbow goes back to being a craggy painful mess. This is the elbow I lean on when working. I cannot change this. Both elbows are dry but the one I lean on turns ugly. I started using this and at first after repeated applications through the day (like any other product) I was unimpressed. The lack of moisture came back, the softness went away. But I kept at it. A week later, the deep crags are gone, the sore is healing and it’s staying softer longer. At this point I’m down to 1-2 times a day and I’m really impressed. The tea tree smell doesn’t hang around too long, which gives it a medicinal smell, so it’s a reasonable thing to deal with. I’ve used it on less injured skin and that’s also healing from super dryness. I think I’ve found my forever product and it does last forever. You don’t need much at all to treat various areas. It’s gluey thick and stays in place with little discoloration (caveat, I’m white and have not tested it on darker shades of skin). Attached is an image of my healed elbow. I didn’t take a before pic because yuck. But the faint lines you see in the pic had a LOT of depth and peeling skin. The tiny dark patch in the center was a scab and now it’s almost healed when before it had made a a permanent home because I am always leaning on it. Get this stuff !!!

I usually never leave amazon reviews I just read others and use them for my own judgements. But legitimately this stuff is amazing. I’ve only been using it for a week and my heels (and feet overall) look better than they ever have. This is actually repairing my monument valley sized cracks on my heels. The first night I used it, it got rid of most of the surface level dryness and cracks. Now a week in it’s really absorbing into and healing my foot. But my feet look aggressively better and I am actually looking forward to see how my feet will look after using this for a while. The consistency is like royal icing (if you watch baking shows) or like a slightly runny elmer’s glue. I know that sounds odd but your skins absorbs it pretty quickly. The overall smell is a strong tea tree smell but just more concentrated then you’d find in a skincare thing you’d buy in tjmaxx. I put a decent layer on my heels and then a thin layer on the rest of my foot, then I cover them with those fuzzy heel socks with aloe in them. Super effective and if you want to heal dry skin/cracks on your foot definitely try this. Worth it 100%.
