Excellent kit for training/exercise
Really well built, just unfold and assemble rear wheel into the fixing bolts. It is supplied with a quick release spindle if your wheel has the old style nuts.Mount the resistance control on the handlebar and your ready to go.Inflate your types to the maximum to reduce wear and tyre noise. The noise will depend upon the tyre tread pattern, a very knobbly off road tyre does make a fairly load noise but not too loud as to make the noise unbearable. Fit a smooth road tyre if you are in for a longer training period.Pleased that they include the front wheel block as well.

Excellent product. My fitness has improved significantly since I started to use it. Pretty quiet and far superior to my old one. I would like to buy another for my friend.
