Seller responded to my issue with the item. They were very concerned about the quality of the lights. THIS IS AN UPDATE!.. I am extremely happy with the Seller and their response to my issue. They ensured I received new replacement lights. The replacements are exactly the same model of light I ordered and they work great. Actually better than expected. Apparently my first set slipped through their Quality Control. The lights, worked great from the first day I put them up. We had a Storm here two days ago. The lights , surprisingly, worked through the storm and even with snow on the solar array panel. I'm now very impressed with them.

Update:Installed these lights and was happy, but now after 4 months the lights have filled with water and quit working altogether. This light was mounted 8’ above the deck and not exposed to harsh conditions. The other light we installed is still working fine so maybe it was just a defective light.These lights were easy to install and do great for lighting up our deck and porch steps. The three light panels are adjustable and the solar panel on top gets good sun. No real adjustments can be made to these in terms of sensitivity. The brackets are easy to mount and the light just slips on top.

Purchased to use on an area of the back yard with no power, works great, nice and bright! I installed on the corner of the shed and adjusted one of the side lights to aim around the corner. I also decided to purchase more to use up at the cabin where there is no power yet. I placed them around the yard and one on the stairs so that when I take my little dogs out in the middle of the night it lights that area up (we have cougars, bears and large owls there, and the deer, moose and elk will also freak you out when you startle them with a flash light, lol). I love the fact that they are solar rechargeable and I can turn them off when we are not there.

I like that these were easy to hang and easy to charge. What I don't like is that when the light comes on, by the time I get to the window to see what's going on, they've switched off again. Very short light time. They also have a rather short sensor distance. I walked around them at about 8 feet when they were charging and nothing happened until I got within about 6 feet. So, yes, they work. They're easy to put up. They're bright. If you need to see what's going on...run.

UPDATE: The lights worked great for about 2 weeks. Now one works occasionally and one totally stopped working. Not happy.I've purchased several different motion lights for our yard and deck over the years. These Perfectday solar lights are the best! I attached them to the deck to light up the yard when I take the dog out at night and can't believe the brightness and large area they cover. Highly recommend these lights. Very satisfied customer.

To date, we have had the worst winter weather in WI memory. longest length of sunless days. longest overcast. Nothing stepped on the performance of PERFECTDAY lights. these beasties, have, lite up everything, every time for months, currently. the wide adjustable optics, rage for the range. installed in moments. adjusted in seconds. if these babies don’t blow you away, i would truly be shocked. recommend.

I had battery powered ones on my shed before these. These were priced right and so easy to put in. The winter will be the real test. These have changed the way my dogs and the critters who come in my yard function. And I don’t trip over stuff anymore. Get these even if you don’t have a use for them. Because if you buy them, you will use them.

Not only are these solar lights easy to install, they are BRIGHT! You won't miss ANYTHING MOVING OR CREEPING around your yard or wherever you install them. Just make sure to turn THE SWITCH "ON' And place in DIRECT SUN LIGHT for the best results in charging. Truly a GREAT BUY for FREE LIGHTING, AND DETECTION AROUND YOUR HOUSE.
