I have an incensional hernia in the middle of my stomach and this helps hold it in when it decides to stick out. I wear it under my clothes. However, wearing fitted tops or thin clothing will show the imprint of belt. I wash it with soap and water and hang to dry.

Limited sizes

I am short waisted so the width of this hernia belt fits better than the wide one. I would be more comfortable in a medium as the belt is shirt on me. I got a small. Sizing jumps from small to XL. Hope they get mediums soon.
