Where do I start? I ordered on Sunday the 24th of May. Estimated delivery between 1-4 June so I was counting on 4th of June. But today (29th of May) my doorbell rang; delivery! It was this amazing palm. It came in a nice, sturdy box and was transported upright. The pot was covered in a thick layer of plastic to prevent the soil from going all over the place. The plant itself is in great condition. The soil is nice and wet, the leaves are a healthy green color, no mites or other insects. It looks really amazing. I actually measured the hight for this review and the palm itself was 80 cm, not 90 cm but I don't mind at all. It will grow in time and I absolutely love it. All in all: excellent price/quality ratio, super quick delivery (came from Germany/the Netherlands), healthy plant, as advertised. Love it!

I’m so pleased with the purchase. After spending a few weeks looking for a big palm to my living room, I took the risk and ordered online, based on photos and customers reviews. The plant exceeded my expectations! It was very well packed, appeared very healthy and fresh despite being boxed in transport, and looks absolutely beautiful in my flat. It’s been 1.5 months, and I can say that it’s easy to look after, no dry endings to leaves, looking fresh and brightening up my sitting room. I can recommend the seller 100%!

You can certainly tell how good a company is when you have have a problem! I received the wrong plant initially but FLOWY quickly responded and went beyond what I expected to correct the error! GREAT SERVICE! The correct plant arrived today and it is healthy and looks fabulous! It was packaged well and I am very pleased with this purchase...

Well packed, arrived earlier that expected. O could have given this a 5-star rating, however, it is smaller that expected. Ad said it is about 90-150cm tall without pot cover, but when i measured the one that arrived, it ks just about 70-75cm. Anyhow, still happy as it arrived in perfect condition. Probably, the seller just needs to update the sizes posted so as not to mislead customers.

It just looks fantastic, it came in a box that had been battered by Hermes, the lady who dropped it off said she was sorry but it was laying on its side when she picked it up from the depot. In front of her I opened the rest of the box and to my surprise because of the way it had been wrapped not a drop of soil was misplaced and the leaves were healthy enough to be robust , even the lady was surprised that it was okay. I will definitely buy again from this company. It looks superb.

Great looking and healthy plant and came in a very sturdy packaging too without any damages. The leaves were fresh and the mud in the pot was a bit wet so that the plant remains fresh. The plant comes in a plastic pot already so it is easy to pair it with another pot straight away. Very satisfied with the product will buy more plants from them in future :)

I ordered the 125cm for around £60 and I expected a bigger plant. Notwithstanding that part, the plant is not faring well. It's been a few months and it's slowly loosing its health: leaves turning brown, entire stems turning yellow and dying, some leaves have white spots (in the original pot). I've accepted that this plant is going to die, so in a last measure I replanted it and saw all kinds of aluminium foil debris in the soil, the roots were not white, nothing had grown in a while, and there was nohing to drain the soil properly, which was very dense. So I repotted the plant in a soil with better drainage that I know is good and I'll see if I can save this one. Definitely not the easy plant I expected it to be. This wasn't a good buy, but I can't say to what extent the plant was unhealthy when I got it. It certainly looked OK. I keep a ponytail palm tree in the same spot and it never skipped a beat, but sorry to say that this kentia palm is not doing well.

Was a sceptical about purchasing a plant online as you never really know if it will turn up in the same quality as the picture advertised however i was pleasantly surprised. It arrived in a sturdy box which minimised any damage to the leaves and was wrapped in a way the compost wouldn't fly everywhere! It was well watered too. Really happy with the quality and even ordered another one for my Mum. Great plant to have in my front room.

Le kentia livré avait un problème, le vendeur très gentil a rapidement réglé celui ci . Je le remercie beaucoup il a répondu rapidement à ma demande et m'en a renvoyé un autre sans difficulté. Celui reçu est tout à fait sain et magnifique, si je dois effectué un autre achat je ne manquerai pas de revenir vers lui. Je recommande fortement.

Die Lieferung in praktischer Transportverpackung kam promt an und die darin enthaltene Palme war ok. Die Palme wurde dann größer umgetopft, mit Hornspäne etwas gedüngt und stand nun länger als 2 Monate auf dem Balkon, vormittags in der Sonne. Es war ein heißer sonniger Sommer, deshalb sollte diese Zimmerpalmen nicht zu lange der direkten Sonne ausgesetzt sein. Jetzt im September stelle ich diese ins Haus und freue mich, wenn diese in der dunkleren Jahreszeit meinem Gefühl nach Frühling und Garten etwas entgegen kommt, insgesamt sind es 3 Palmen und es werden noch mehr werden.

J'avais un peu peur pour la livraison, mais la plante est arrivée en parfait état. Bonne taille environ 115cm. Livraison rapide

Demande très peu d'entretien, résiste très bien depuis mon achat en mai 2021
