It's made for BBQs and other food grade items. Why would you use it on a solar panel? I'd contact the panel provider.

Q: could i use this to patch a coffee machine cracked rubber hose?

I would not use this for that ... Although it is a great product Id rather use a hose and a coupler to cut out then band the hose back together

Q: Can i use this to seal the flue of my pellet stove?

If your pellet stove operates at 350° for an extended period of time avoid this at all cost
