They are comfortable and make my feet not hurt as much during a long day. They're are a sturdy material and keep the feet warm during the winter. No issues with water, sizing is good, an old has good arch support.

I work as a maintenance supervisor at an Aviation engine building plant in MA. I walk about 4 miles per day in the building, while going from job to job. I pretty much spend 10 hours per day on my feet. This is my second pair. I get about 2 years out of each pair before the inserts start to get worn out, due to me constantly beeing on my feet. The invirinment is harsh. Lots of oily residue on the floor and at the machines. Despite this - I’ve never had anything come through the boots exterior. I never experience foot or leg fatigue with this boot and they were broken in within 2 hours after I first put them on. I work in management, so with my polo shirt and cargos- they also look damn good...and I’m often complemented on how they look, whether I’m in a meeting or on the shop floor. Someone in the shop yesterday said that they seem expensive at the $165.00 that they go for and said that their cheap store steel toe shoes cost only half as much. My reply was: hey, I have 2500 miles of walking on these and they still feel great...your cheap boots look beaten up already, even though you only have them 3 months. Truth be told, these boots are for professionals who understand what they need under their feet. Don’t even hesitate before buying! They also add about an inch to your over all height, which i find to be an additional asset. I gave these 5 stars, because I simply couldn’t find a single neagativecthing to say about this foot ware that keeps me safe and comfortable every time I go out in the shop!

Last pair lasted for a year and a half. I work as a commercial install plumber, so I have to deal all types of ground conditions. These boots lasted me longer than any other boot to date. Even with steel toes, the toe box was comfortable and did not get overly cold in the winter. Boots are comfortable with long days on concrete. They also fit true to size. The only down side is they are a bit on the heavy side, but after a few days wearing them you no longer notice the weight

Seems to hold up in steel mill and power plant maintenance work. Heavy boots, but got used to it. Covered in grease, weld/burn splatter and a year old. They could use a new set of insoles now.

Boots are a bit on the heavy side (which I could live with). They are comfortable throughout the day. However, after only two weeks the soles started to separate from the boots. Usually Timberland does good boots. This pair is way low quality for a high price.
