This is the most scientifically sound toothbrush. It cleans so well, so gentle on gum. It does NOT damage enamel at all. Because it is so dense and soft, as it brushes, it also polish your teeth. Make your tooth surface feel so smooth after. I read some negative review, complain it is too soft, doesn't clean well, or can’t feel the force on teeth. That is incorrect. Because the force a person usually use on brush is divided onto over 20K filament, each one will have less force. It is enough force to clean without scratch tooth enamel. Also because filament density so high, under microscope, it left very little gap between strokes. So cleans more efficiently. It is very different from a traditional brush. It will take sometime to get use to. It is definitely better. The biggest obscle when changing to a new thing is to convince our own brain that it is an improvement, it is backened by science. Even though it may initially feel weird.

This is so different from the basic bristle toothbrushes you find in the store, and I love it! My teeth haven’t felt this clean maybe ever. The brush is thick and completely wipes plaque away. It’s oddly soothing to use and really felt like it got my teeth squeaky clean.My only complaint is that the handle is slippery – I might add a piece of grip tape to it, because it’s kind of hard to hold on to. Otherwise though, it’s my favorite toothbrush I have ever used!

This toothbrush is very unique, the bristles are so close together it doesn't even look like it has bristles at all. They don't bend at all when brushing your teeth! It feels different at first but I've been using it a while and after washing my old toothbrush, which was supposed to be for sensitive gums/teeth also, decided to use that one night and I was surprised how awful it felt and couldn't believe I used it as long as I did. I purchased the white, and will probably purchase a black one too. The white one looked white at first but I noticed it has a very slight light lavender tone to it. I would recommend trying this toothbrush but since everyone's different I can't say for sure how you'd like it. I would give 5 stars but there is only one problem and that is it is not easy to hold, the handle is very smooth and there is no grip to keep it from sliding around in your hand while brushing.Update 5-6-20 - I lowered it from 5 starts to 4 because of no grip and the black one I ordered arrived without being sealed properly in the tube and had a scuff mark on the head. I could have sanitized it in the dishwasher but why should I have to do that? There were marks on the tube where the original seal should've been. Disappointed because I do like the toothbrush but I didn't order a replacement.

Too many bristles and I have to press harder to brush my teeth. Definitely soft tho. Probably will buy one with 10000-15000 bristles instead of 20000 next time.

Very soft bristles...best for the gums.

There are so many bristles as they show and the toothbrush is extremely soft. However it’s so soft it’s like wiping your teeth with a sponge versus cleaning them with a brush.

Now like everyone else I wondered if this would actually clean my teeth so I held off on wrong this review. I’ve been using these for a few months and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! The bristles are sooo soft but they aren’t flimsy like other “soft” bristle brushes. These brushes actually hold their shape while you’re brushing your teeth. I have extremely sensitive gums. My gums would bleed after every time I brushed and stayed sore for about 30 min after. Okay okay I know what you’re thinking... I don’t brush my teeth like a madman, I just have sensitive gums. BUT with these toothbrushes it’s like brushing your teeth with a cloud. I feel like I don’t have to put as much pressure behind it while brushing and my teeth get just as clean!!! Not to mention it comes with a convenient case to store it in. I love this!

Bought this toothbrush for a friend undergoing oral cancer chemo/radiation treatments therapy. The sensitivity to teeth brushing went from excruciating to painless. Not to mention the softness of the luxurious bristles, the handle ceased irritating the inside of the mouth.
