Love this kombu product
I have always felt this is the best kombu product. It's so easy to use, and wonderful in soups.It softens dried beans and cooks them more quickly.

Good product, good value. I've been using when I cook dry black beans. Adds a nice flavor. Perhaps less gassy, but I'm not sure.

I eat this everyday...it's a bit pricey for me, but cheaper in bulk and online compared to stores.
