Did not like running to the bath room multiple times a day
These products caused me to have a mild case of very lose stools. I stop taking them when I found out that the omega 3 tablet had borage oil and flax oil in it I think that those were responsible.

Feeling a lot more vitality- taste is just okay
These supplements have made a tremendous difference in my energy levels! Since starting this regimen, I feel it's boosted me up to feeling nourished and much more vibrant. The taste of the powder makes me a bit queasy but it's tolerable.
