Razor Blade Sharpener and Cleaner

I was skeptical at first, but I used this on a blade I was about to change and it definitely improved the blade quality. I wouldn't say the blade was returned to its initial "first use" state, but it did extend the life of that blade for at least 6 (and counting) uses. I use it prior to shaving, be sure to put some shaving cream/gel on the pad before using, 10 up strokes with the blade and you should be good to go. Well worth the cost.

I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not. I use the Gillette fusion 5 blades. They cost a lot. I usually get 4 to 6 shaves. I am on at least 8 so far. My goal is to see if I can get to 12 to 15. Works for my wife's razors too. Hopefully a 8 pack of refills will last a decade!!

Sorry, but tried using this on 4 occasions and each time, it did NOTHING to sharpen my razor. Pathetic. Don't waste your money.

This product does work, but the question is whether or not it’s worthwhile. It does help extend the life of my disposable razors, whereas I’d usually get about 3 weeks (shaving every 2-3 days, light-moderate duty and amount of hair), now I’ll get maybe another 2-3 shaves out of the head before it bothers me more. Unfortunately I find myself not reaching for it as often, because it does add an extra step and requires some patience to regularly perform maintenance on what does end up as a disposable razor head inevitably.

There’s a reason you will never find a strop for sale in the shaving aisle of any store. Strops like this make disposable razors semi-permanent. Very bad for sales. So, use this strop and keep your razor dry and you will live forever. Okay, no, you won’t live forever, but your razor might.

This is hard to use there is no clear instructions on how to use it

I never knew they had this for razor blades disposable ones we all know how much those cost and you have to change them out every so often well not with this it's basically a silicone pad and you just basically take your razor blade and put the razor on it and then you pull it down we're in a downward motion and it cleans in also I believe sharpens the blade it's a it's a great buy especially for those who tend to throw away disposable razors or razor blades very often it'll save you a lot of money.
