The hallmark ornament is perfect and not damaged.. the box is part of having a collectible ornament and it was smashed and had holes in it because the Amazon packaging was not protective. It was the thin plastic bag.

Absolutley beautiful! I am so impressed with the quality of this ornament. It has the little spot on the bottom to stick a light bulb into so that it looks like there are lights inside the little house. It is perfectly done 360 degrees. It is on the expensive side for a tree ornament but you get what you pay for and the quality is absolutley worth the price. Nice to have something pleasant to remember about 2020.
