Safe to use away from home?
When I ordered I thought it had a piece on each side that was put in place when both front car doors were closed to hold in place. That is what I enjoyed about my Winter Frost Guard and kept anyone from stealing while attached. Otherwise, I hope to enjoy it's use but question if safe in parking lot and could be taken. So, I returned this item and did reorder the one that has the tabs.

Definitely on the small side
Description says it will fit small SUVs but is about 4” short of covering the windshield of a Jeep Cherokee. I ordered a larger version from another seller which fits well and I am able to use this smaller one on the back hatch window for when I car camp and no shade is available and the sun is brutal. Really helps keep the interior cooler on the outside than does a folding type inside the glass. Adds to privacy as well.

Did not fit my SUV
I really like the product but it did not fit my 2022 Honda Passport.

Works well, but slightly fussy
I received the Sunblocker Windshield Cover - Sun Shade for Outside Car Windshield, Block UV Rays, Keep Car Cool, Reduce Heat in car and Keep Steering Wheel Cool | Fits Small Cars and Small SUV: Standard Size only in exchange for this review. With warmer weather rolling around, I thought a new sun shield for my car was in order. I have used the ones from inside the cabin before, but have found that on my 2013 Rogue they often fell down due to the slope of the windshield and the placement of the mirror. This one mounts on the outside of the windshield. It attaches to your side mirrors to keep it on, with 3 different length loops of elastic to ensure you can get a taut fit. The size was BARELY adequate for my particular car. (As in it was top to bottom good, but left a sliver of uncovered windshield along one side...I did my best to center the shield so the crack that was uncovered was along both sides and very thin. I highly suggest measuring your windshield to ensure your car can use this one. There is a larger version available for those ho have bigger windshields..) When I returned to my car after almost 4 hours of it sitting in a very sunny parking lot, the inside was warm, but not unbearably hot, so it cooled down quickly with the AC on. About the same as with any other windshield screen when your car doesn't have tinted side windows) Removal of the shield was fairly simple, but it takes longer to roll up and slide into the provided storage case than it does to fold up an in-the-cab designed shield does. I am keeping the sleeved shield alongside my seat between the seat and the door (A Rogue has a small gap things can sit in there without getting in the way.) One thing to note is the device is a bit longer than most when rolled up, so you will need to allow for that when it comes to storage when not in use.

Stretch bands don't look durable
Per the product description, this product is for small cars and SUVs. I tried it on Toyota Corolla. It fits perfectly. However, for Toyota Sienna, it's too small. I wish they have a bigger size for Sienna. It's effortless to put on and take off. It uses stretch bands at both ends to hook on side mirrors. The stretch bands don't look durable. I wonder how long they can last under the sun.
