Fits a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT like a glove
We live in a state where it can snow for up to 8 months out of the year, plus we have kids and dogs, so we try to put weatherproof mats into all of our vehicles as soon as we get them. We just recently bought a new to us SUV that came with fabric mats. While I was researching weather proof mats to replace them with I came across these Husky Weatherbeaters. The price was actually better than some of the other well known brands and shipping speed was 2 days with Amazon whereas the others were all at least a week or two on their webpages. These were easy to install right out of the box and they fit perfectly into our SUV, not cutting necessary. The driver side mat comes all the way up as well offering more protection than the others I was considering. The 2nd row is a little unwieldy at first since it’s all one big piece but once it’s in there it’s not going anywhere and it offers great coverage. With these mats installed I’m no longer worried about muddy, wet feet or spills ruining my floorboards. I want to give it a bit longer to make sure there are no random issues but I’m considering buying a set for our truck in the near future as well since our current mats aren’t the greatest.

Love these!!
These fit great and are really durable and easy to clean. If you are thinking of buying that "other brand" that is far more expensive, save your money and get these. I have seen both sets and these are just as effective at a fraction of the price. I, and my GF, loved them so much, we got them for her car too.

Husky liners are superior to Weathertech. Hands down.
This is my 3rd set of Husky liners, and I'll never use Weathertech again. Not only are Husky liners less expensive, they're a better fit by far. Husky liners are slightly thicker, but durability of each is about the same, so I'll give that to Weathertech.I bought a used 2014 Explorer that came with Weathertech liners in the front and 2nd row, from the previous owner. The vehicle was 5 yrs old when I bought it, so the Weathertech liners couldn't be any older than 5 yrs. I was really disappointed to see how the Weathertech liners faired after (up to) 5 yrs of use. Glad I didn't originally purchase them.As you can see in the picture showing the front 2 and the 2nd row Weathertech liners, the outer edges of all the liners are rolling inward. Also notice the rear edge of the 2nd row liner is wavy and not straight. In the next picture, I show the right front liners side by side. The Husky on the left, Weathertech on the right. You can see the right edge of the Weathertech rolled in compared to the Husky. Also notice how much taller the edges are around all 4 sides, the better contour of the rear edge of the Husky, and that the Husky's right edge goes up then goes outward toward the door.In the 3rd picture, the Weathertech liner is laying inside the Husky liner, showing how much better the contour is and how much more carpet the Husky covers. Both of the front liners cover more carpet than the Weathertech's do.If you want a better liner for less money, get the Husky. The trunk/cargo lines are superior also, but that's a different story.

Why not 5 stars?
Please, don't get me wrong; these are great. Knowing that WeatherTech matts are considered the top of the line product, cost considerations and honest regular home to office daily use (no rough riding) pushed me to Husky's for my 2013 Ford Explorer Limited. Nevertheless, I am very pleased, no second thoughts. I may change my mind later for the better (I hope) and thus this review, but as of only three days after installation, some of the corners and edges still do not conform to foot well neither on driver's and copilot's side (A picture is worth a thousand words). I am taking into account that the packaging they come in from factory, may allow some temporary deformation during warehousing and shipping, so I'll give them a little more time and like I said above, if they change, so will this review and all five stars will be posted. They do fit great, like a glove to a hand, the liners fall into place perfectly. The sides come huggin a bit over the edge of the well guaranteeing containment of any type spill, solid or liquid. This is the feature that I most like and wanted on a set of mats for my truck. Nothing more annoying than trying to vacuum and clean the corner edge of the carpet between the floor and the wall of the foot well. The second seat's mat also fits great. I wish they would reach further under the front seats, though. This feature would help protect more of the original carpet under the seats and would help catch whatever may fall or spill (as it tend to happen) when handling stuff by pilot and copilot. All and all, I fully recommend this mats. I am pleased with my purchase.
