I purchased this and the FSW-2104. I could not get the two to connect. After asking for help in the questions area I received an extremely fast response telling me to check a few things. I discovered very quickly that I had purchased the incorrect fiber bundle. After acquiring the correct fiber interconnect all is great. Thanks for the quick response to my question and for the great product. I will be using it for isolation between Telco and my equipment.

Good deal - go for it
Unit failed after a few months. Manufacturer wanted to charge me but Amazon stepped in and I got a replacement in a bout 2 weeks. 2nd unit working just fine
