Yummmmm
this is my absolute favorite! I’ve ordered multiple times. It’s nice to have a chocolate that’s keto friendly that I can have it tastes great the texture is awesome. I continue to buy it because I feel that it’s a good value for the money. It mixes well with warm liquid, so it makes great hot cocoa or to add into your coffee.

Great for people on KETO
I have previously reviewed the syrup version of this product, same company. I use it for making chocolate milk. People complain it is too runny for icecream. Maybe, but it's great for my purpose. I like it so much I have a standing order of once a month. But I was running low, my schedule is in a couple weeks, the syrup was out of stock, so what the heck, give this powder a try. I am pleased. Like the liquid you can see the photo color is a little light and some of it doesn't fully dissolve I'm my milk. The challenge is this product is very chocolaty and sweet, so if you get it as dark as Hersey's it will be too strong and sweet. I guess if that's a problem for you, close your eyes when you drink it and enjoy. It does have an artificial sweetener after taste. My choice is diabetes and death, or artificial sweetener flavors and life. I am more than happy to deal with a little off flavor. So I get the powder. I find about a heaping "silverwear tablespoon" (not a measuring tablespoon) in a 12 ounce glass of milk is fine. The powder did settle a little at the end of my glass. That last gulp is delightfully intense. I may switch to this. The liquid probably makes about 10 glasses. This may make a little more and doesn't need refrigeration.Definitely recommended.

Pretty good
At first I didn’t like this because I think I used too much in my cup of milk and it wasn’t good. Tasted artificially. sweet. But I tried again and got the right ratio of powder to milk and it almost tasted like regular powdered cocoa mix like Swiss miss. But my one complaint is it doesn’t dissolve well. Leaves clumps that don’t dissolve. Also, if you want it real chocolatey you can’t add more powder because then you will get too much sweetener and it will taste bad. I think their ratio of chocolate to sweetener could be better. More cocoa. But if you are ok with mildly chocolate flavor and just the right amount of sweetness it tastes pretty good. I MIGHT buy again or I might try to make my own sugar free mix. There are recipes. You would just have to experiment with the right amount of stevia to substitute for sugar, but once you figured it out I’m sure it would be a LOT cheaper. This is pretty spendy for the small bag you receive. But if it’s something you’re craving this is a pretty good substitute. I’ve had some TERRIBLE sugar free products but this one is pretty good.

Disappointing: Does not mix well with cold milk
I added this to cold whole milk, stirred, and it all floated to the top. I must have stirred vigorously for 3 minutes. It kind of mixed, but when I finished the milk, a lot of it was at the bottom of the cup.It tastes delicious, and maybe its designed specifically for hot chocolate or to mix with water. Neither of those things are explicitly stated in the description.

The price is also really good 👍
*"For those of you looking for a healthy cocoa powder alternative, I highly recommend this one! It has very little sugar and a really delicious taste."*

Yuck in water!
To be fair, I used water and powdered creamer instead of milk or an alternative to milk because I was hoping to take this backpacking. Extremely disappointed! First off, using 2 teaspoons for 8oz of of liquid, like the instructions say, and you find that there is nearly zero chocolate flavor or sweetness. I doubled the suggested instructions and tried it with four teaspoons, and it was still lacking bigtime! I even added more of my own sweetner and more creamer to try to get it to taste good and never found it satisfactory. I can’t imagine anyone liking this with only two teaspoons of powder. You’d need to at least double the teaspoons to get any flavor, which reduces how many servings you’ll get and make the cost not nearly as attractive. Not worth it unless you’re desperate and willing to doctor it up with other spices, sweeteners, and creamers. You’re better off just using cocoa powder from home and adding stevia to it.

Great in coffee!
I use this with espresso powder, Pyure caramel syrup, and Fairlife fat free milk to make my coffee and I feel even better than when I drank just black coffee. Love the taste, no weird sugar free aftertaste. Gives me a sweet coffee I feel good about drinking.
