12v 5a Oil Diesel Fuel Fluid Extractor Electric Transfer Scavenge Suction Pump by Automotive Tool

I bought it because I wanted to change the transmission fluid for my Jetta 2014. I was not able to find a way to access the transmission oil compartment, so I never unpacked this fluid extractor to test it. A few days ago I wanted to test transferring water from one side of a bucket to another side just to see how it works and there was a strange sound in the little engine; It immediately started to warm up. I have sent a message to the vendor to have this device exchanged for a good one, and I have not obtained any response so far. I will have to keep insisting. The device is working with that problem, and I want to return it before they have the excuse in saying that the device was working before it left the store. I just need an exchange.
