VERY IMPRESSED! 😊 🍳 🥓
I used this for the first time this morning and am sorry I didn't but one a long time ago. Am very impressed with this pan. Very nice weight...not too cheap. Heat distribution was very good. I would suggest reading use and care directions especially where it says to use moderate heat/excessive heat could damage the pan. I used a medium flame and it cooked very nicely. Also I suggest letting the pan cool completely before running it under cool water as that might warp the pan.

Really good for tortillas nothing sticks to it and easy to clean
Really nice to cook on this one especially for tortillas. Nothing sticks to it and no oil needed. Very easy to clean. I recommend this product

Thin and light
The aluminum is quite thin, hence it can easily distort giving it a bowl or dome shape so that it isn't flat; nevertheless, it can be bent back into flatness. The non-stick coating has worked well, but I haven't used it long enough to know about the durability. For a Thermador gas range, it is about 2 inches short of being an ideal length. Although it costs twice as much, I prefer the 20 by 10-3/4 Inch Nordic griddle-grill combo. It is heavier aluminum and you have to be careful with the nonstick. It is sturdy and conducts heat well. Some prefer cast iron griddles, but aside from being incredibly heavy, they do not conduct heat well, although they are great for holding heat. The heat conduction is a big deal because aluminum will spread the heat out from a two burner gas grill pretty quickly and the whole griddle quickly attains a uniform temperature. I tried a Lodge griddle, but it develops hot spots over the burners and the temperature is uneven over its surface being relatively cool between the two burners. The only way to get an iron griddle to behave properly is to preheat in an oven, a major pain in the neck. In any event, the Nordic Ware griddles work well. The durability of the non-stick would be the only question and I haven't had it long enough to provide a definitive comment. Avoid using full blast gas heat, Medium is adequate for most purposes.

Great little Griddle
This fits my Weber Q1000 very snuggly and beats the cast iron ones on every respect. Heat appear very evenly across its surface. The ceramic coating allows every thing to slide off with ease and making cleaning very easy. The best part it's made in the USA

Good quality, no issues
Great buy, nice quality and it's used regularly. Sits nicely on burner, nice size, washes up quickly, non stick has been wonderful. Don't really find an issue with not having a handle, if I need to turn it - a utensil does the job well. I'm happy with this skillet.

Meh, probably fine for careful use.
I bought this for camping, but it arrived scratched and you could see the aluminum underneath. If it scratches that easily, it definitely can't handle camping with me - seriously lacking in the durability realm. Also, I decided I didn't want to be eating teflon, so I decided not to use it at all. Otherwise, it seemed to fit my Coleman stove fine and the weight was very light.

Perfect for cooking 6 pancakes at a time
I LOVE this griddle! I needed something larger than a fry pan to be able to cook more than one or two pancakes at a time and this does the trick. In addition I can get away with using it over just one hot element. An added bonus is the nonstick surface making cleanup quick, even if there are stuck on particles from frying ham, bacon, etc.

Does the job
This griddle is ok and does the job. It doesn’t distribute the heat as evenly as hoped, but it still makes great pancakes. The non stick is really good.
