Clear, uncluttered pages. Simple instructions. Most (all?) drawings also have a little fun fact next to them. I am terrible at drawing but I can follow this, as can my 5-year-old, so it's something we can both have fun with at the same time.

Very popular with elementary school children I work with! The Animals book by the same author also is great. The pages are perforated. Recommended!

My nephew loves it as do I! It’s a fun, simple enough for beginners, but the challenge is there so it keeps his attention.

The clear simple directions make this book GREAT for young children. There are also other books in this series that I plan to check out such as animals and sea creatures1

This is a great book for kids learning to draw basic shapes. This is NOT for adults wanting to learn, too basic.

This book was a huge hit with are little artists. We usually do "How to Draw" videos but this book is jsut as good and perfect for traveling when videos are not an option.

Easy to use. Dog were very comfortable on a long trip.
