Every purchase supports JPMS salons with a commission. Review: HQ, effective product. Lasts so long b/c only use a small amount. Put on towel-dried hair & leave in - To me, there is not a finer conditioner. This conditioner is so good, leaving my thin hair soft, smooth, healthy, and better moisturized, as my hair is too dry by default without this. I like that PM does not test on animals either, and I have been using it for many years. The ingredients are quality, and the bad stuff found in cheap conditioners is left out. After one's hair is washed and towel dried, that is when this product is applied. I have all one length hair more or less that goes more than halfway down my back and I only need to use about a dime-sized dollop. For shorter hair, only a tiny amount is needed--a little goes a long way which is nice. This is very effective conditioner, leaving the hair with more shine and flow. I don't use anything but PM Shampoo One and this conditioner. For the ultimate luxury in razor shaving, try using this in place of your shaving foam for an exceptionally smooth shave on the face. Though this product, and other PM products, tend to cost more per ounce than grocery store brands, I end up using so much less, whether with their shampoo, and especially with their conditioner, and I actually think it saves me money because the bottles last me so much longer than the cheap brands. The quality and effectiveness of those cheap products just don't come close to PM. Review: Love Paul Mitchell - I have used SO many products iver the years and always go back to Paul Mitchell. They make quality products and the price isn't as high as say Redken or Olaplex but works just as good, or for me better. My hair is silky without being weighed down and soft after use. Always happy with them. The scent is light and not overpowering, which is big for me. Hair is hydrated without being oily looking. Great for all hair types! I will be a repeat customer as long as they are out there!

The Conditioner is The Winner
This is an amazing conditioner. I have medium weight color treated fine hair. I researched products that would minimize frizz under humid conditions and this seemed to stand out above the rest. I’m incredibly happy with the performance of this product. A pea sized pearl is just enough to treat my long hair. It dramatically reduces frizz and leaves my hair beautifully conditioned without heaviness. Next day hair is clean and bouncy and not a spec of grease. What stands out the most to me is how it out performs any other professional conditioner or bonding product I’ve tried. Overall, it is a highly effective and economical conditioner that will be a keeper for life.

Great conditioner, tricky bottle design
I really like this conditioner. It leaves my hair soft, smooth, and hydrated, and it’s gentle enough for daily use. I’m bringing it on vacation because it helps protect my hair from the dryness and damage that come with sun and salt water. The only downside is the packaging - the formula is thick, so it’s hard to get out of the bottle once it’s halfway empty. I usually have to shake or squeeze it pretty hard. Aside from that, it works great and has that classic clean Paul Mitchell scent. Doesn't leave behind a color and no alarms from the ingredients - they're safe. Worth keeping around if you need a reliable leave-in that adds moisture and shine.

Refreshing
This leave in conditioner is the best and can be used anywhere you need moisture. I love the scent and softness it adds to my hair. It doesn't weigh your hair down, it makes your hair look more shiny and manageable, and keeps the frizz away, you don't rinse it out, you just use as needed for dry ends or scalp.

Fantastic!
This is a fantastic product. I have fine, thin hair and an oily scalp. I need a leave-in to detangle and I have tried many. This is now a lifetime product for me. No weigh down, no greasy residue, and my hair combs so smoothly. No knots! As others have stated, the smell is a bit off-putting, and it's the only negative thing about the product. It smells like an old fashioned cologne. However, in the hair, the scent disappears quickly. After my hair is dry, I don't smell it at all. On the hands, it lingers. But I don't care. I definitely will buy this conditioner again.

Doesn’t moisturize enough for dry climates
I been looking for a leave in conditioner that is moisturizing enough to handle the dry climate of AZ. This leave in product doesn’t smell great. Smells like a salon which is whatever.. but the moisturizing aspect which I am most seeking.. wasn’t moisturizing enough. I followed the instructions and put it in my hair after my shower and hair was damp. It went in my hair easily and felt like it would make it soft and hydrated but that didn’t last. I then let it air dry fully inside before going outside where the sun and heat could dry it out and I wanted to see how the product did without extra harsh conditions on it. Well it didn’t even pass the indoor test. I have mostly wavy fine hair with the majority of hair being low porosity. I been doing minimal color treatments on my brown hair for 2 years now and will only use 6 vol developer and a toner for my hair at the ends where previous highlights are growing out a couple times a year to blend but I am really trying to make my hair as healthy and moisturized as possible. Just still on a hunt to find a product moisturizing enough to handle the dry climate and my overall hair type. When I visit the east coast in a couple months I’ll see if it works well there since there is more humidity. If it does, I will update my review.
