Excellent for labeling baby bottles. Months later, still on, no signs of coming off!
Okay, I've had these a long time on my baby's bottles (Lansinoh MOmma Wide-mouth), run them through the dishwasher, boil them once per week, too, and they have stayed in place, no fading, look as crisp and clear as the first day I put them on! We have roughly 15 bottles with these on, not one has had an issue. I was worried about one, as I had to pull it off and re-position it, still no issues!A few questions on how they work, so here goes:It's just a label, but the label has a "visor" that once you write on the label, you peel the backing of the clear "visor" and press down...you essentially laminate with sticky (rather than heat) over what you wrote. So no, you can't change what you write, but there are over 20 in a package for such a a great price! There are four (I think?) sheets, and each label on a sheet is a different-color (just the outer edge, so orange, blue, pewter, red, green, ..). All four sheets are the same, so if there is a red one on top of the first sheet, there are three other sheets with a red one on top (helpful info for those of you looking to color-code stuff...). I'm not sure of the color order, as I've used mine up, but the point is there are four like-sheets of labels.I have read where some people were not satisfied with their stickiness, so I was careful to write on the labels, give them a minute to dry, "laminate" (cover) labels, then let them sit for awhile (I think it was an hour...). Then, I put them on clean, dry bottles, and let them sit again for about three hours. I don't know if it requires that much time, but it worked the first time, so I repeated when I got more bottles.A note on use: If you use them on bottles, consider putting them where you don't naturally grasp the bottle each time. While mine have held wonderfully, and I don't have the first sign of a snag or loose edge, I don't like that I put a couple on where I grip the bottle to pull off the lid, so the next ones I put a little lower. Please note that I used Lansinoh MOmma bottles, which are "curvy" and I still had no issues with peeling. ABSOLUTELY love these!Another mom in my son's class started using them, too!

Best...labels...ever
I've purchased these 3 times now - first when my kids were toddlers, and a couple times now since whenever we run out. My oldest is a teenager now, and we still use these labels on his water bottles. These labels are absolutely amazing - they last through many hand/dishwasher washings and the normal wear/tear of a kid. It's usually the permanent marker fading on the label rather than the label peeling off that prompts us to replace them. Can't say enough good things about these labels - worth every penny and more!

Absolutely PERFECT!
You can't get a better value than these labels! If you have containers that you take out of the house (milk bottles, sippy cups, bento boxes, etc.) you simply NEED these labels. I bought these in May of this year for my kids' stuff for preschool. I labeled lunch containers and sippy cups. They have been using these items almost daily since. I hand wash some items, but others in the dishwasher. And let me tell you... every single one is as perfect now, 5 months later, as the day I put them on! I don't know how they would be if I tried to take them off (likely these items will die with them on anyway), but in all other respects they are terrific.Anyone who has had trouble with the writing not staying, please do yourself a favor and go back to these and be sure you've followed the directions. You lift UP on the top plastic part to write on the part underneath, then just let it dry for a few seconds (I used a sharpie, other pens might need a bit longer), then slowly SMOOTH the plastic part back DOWN onto the part you wrote on, and finally take the ENTIRE sticker off the paper to place on your item. I can't imagine these not working for anyone (unless you're putting them on a material it doesn't stick well to or something).UPDATE 1: I have now been using these for more than 11 months. They get washed multiple times a week (sometimes by hand, sometimes in the dishwasher), and they still look as perfect as when they were first put on. Truly, no exaggeration. In fact, I'm having to throw away the items they're on first! I'm now reordering a second pack and may get their school supply size labels for my eldest starting Kindergarten this Fall. The best few dollars I've ever spent!Update 2: It’s now been about 18 months, and on only one cup is anything starting to peel or lift at all (I suspect a child picking at it, to be honest). Again, these get used in rotation usually once a week and get a combination of dishwasher and hand washed. Every new parent should have a pack of these!

Works great on glass too!
We have a three year old and a three month old who are both in day care. After YEARS of writing on things with permanent marker only to have it wash off the next day (cups, etc), I am so glad we found these. I was a bit skeptical and thought that they would come off after a few washes, but all are holding strong. No water stains, wet ink or peeling labels. The other huge point for us was that they stick well to glass! I was worried when I ordered because these are for children's items that they wouldn't adhere well to glass (we use glass baby bottles), but so far so good! The only negatives would be 1. I don't particularly care for the owl on each label, but it doesn't matter much and 2. it is hard to wrap them around smaller cylindrical objects as they bubble up in spots. If you have a kiddo in school, these are a MUST! It also helps that they are color coded. We keep a label on the bottle and a color coded label on the lid, so if one is missing, it's easy to know what color matches what!
