Kikkoman Kotterin Mirin - Sweet Cooking Seasoning - 10 oz.

This is my favorite mirin that I’ve tried and I was so happy to find it on Amazon! I usually get at the Asian market! This adds the perfect sweetness to stir fry’s, dumplings and anything else you want to add it to. I cannot cook without a bottle of this in my fridge. The flavor is irreplaceable in certain dishes!

Item was as promised and made all my dishes taste a lot better when added to dish.

I use this in my Asian cooking. It adds good taste to the food. It is a great substitute for mirin which I'm unable to use because mirin contains alcohol.

Great for mixing in a salad dressing.

I do love the product. As a person who grew up using Mirin, I appreciate this produce this product that doesn’t contain alcohol and still tastes good. The only problem is that I ordered two bottles and one of them was broken in shipping and handling process. I didn’t need refund. I just wanted to replace it. After going through questions in circles and no resolution, I gave up.

Makes a very good yum yum sauce.
