The fan works fine but it did not come with a remote like it advertises AND the tubing to the water pump is slit at the opening where is connects to the water pump. I would give it higher reviews if the remote was included and if the company would replace the tubing. I’m still not sure it’s worth the price. We’ll see if the company makes it right.UPDATE:I reached out to the company about the broken tubing and remote. They told me to cut the tubing where it was split and reattach it to the water pump and it would work just as well. There was no offer to replace it. I had to email twice about the remote because they didn’t even address it the first time. Their response the second time was, “ This product doesn’t come with a remote. Please read the description carefully.” I came back to the page and NOW there is no mention of a remote anywhere but as you can tell from the other reviews, it did advertise one. The fan does its job. It’s does seem cheaply made but as of right now, it’s serving its purpose. I won’t however order anything else from this affiliate company to amazon. I have a gut feeling none of their products will actually live up to what or how they are advertised nor are they really worth the price you pay.

I think it's important to say that this is my first negative review, I'm not someone who writes reviews but I felt I had to here so that others can be informed.The plastic tubing for the water storage area came broken. It held together for a couple uses after I taped it up though (yes I know I should've returned it but the rest of my review is not connected to the plastic tubing issue).Right, so after getting that part stitched together, I tried using it a couple times. Noticed a few hours later that the carpet it was sitting on was soaked. Smelled kinda funky too.I wasn't expecting to get a broken, leaky cooler unit that left weird smells on whatever it would sit in. Honestly one of the worst things I've bought on Amazon.

My son's room is the hottest room in the house so I got this thinking it would help. I don't like that the water tank opens from the back so if you have it close to a wall you have to move it every time you fill it. That is actually the least of my complaints. Even with the ice cubes in there, which is a pain to have to freeze over and over, the room didn't get any cooler. In fact, when i walked into his room it was just hot and humid. Made it worse in my opinion.

Though ad said it had a remote control, there was none in the package (now ad says otherwise and Amazon review prompts inquires about remote). The instructions printed on appliance is of very poor translation. Package received had no instructions. Upon opening box, reviewing item; I repackaged it and submitted request to return it.

So the ac unit itself was missing 3 of the screws in the bottom of the device so when lifing the bottom panel was half hanging off. Also the hose that attaches to the water humidifier was split down the middle so when I first put water in it and used it, it started leaking water out of the bottom which I had to use a hair tie to fix MacGyver style. When I finally got it in working order I used the ice packs to make it cold and it wasn't any colder than my normal fan. A waste of 100.00 bucks. If you want my advice...save you money and buy something better!

This item actually throws cool air when ice is added. However, it only does that for a few minutes. I wanted to really like this product, but it never cooled down the sleeper in my semi truck (18 wheeler). Even with my privacy drapes closed, this unit could not keep a space of about 5x10 cool. If you’re right up against it when ice is first added, it’s nice. But after about 20-30 minutes, it starts to produce warm air.

Bought this in early summer huge waste of money. Should have saved the $60 for wintertime lighting it on fire 🔥 in the fire place for a few seconds or warmth would have been better than this piece of trash. Good to look for a deal but this isn’t the one..

I received the AC but there was no remote as stated on listing.
