Have purchased these lifts for years. Love how you can adjust to 3 different heights. Have worked for me,

I knew from previous diagnosis that one leg was a little shorter than the other. I wore a heel life in one shoe for a long time , but with time had stopped using it. With the ongoing years the hip pain was becoming more noticeable so I ordered a heel lift and found quick relief. I was pleased to see how quickly the pain subsided.

I purchased the adjust a heel because I was having a lot of issues with hip after knee replacement. The PT informed me that the replacement made that leg longer and was the reason for the pain. I purchased the adjust a lift and so far so good. I have used it since July and purchased additional ones so that I do not have to keep taking it out of my shoe. I am still pain free and notice my walk is better (people always asked why I was limping - I wasn't it was the difference in my leg length)

Feels ok. I have no idea if it is doing what the therapist said it would do. Different pains come and go. Hard to pinpoint solution sometimes.

I bought these at my mother's request. The therapist at her assisted living had given her one to correct her shortened leg length from a hip fracture. She needed additional for other shoes and buying them here was much more effective than trying to find them in a store. We ended up with a spare which she used to make all of them one level higher which is more comfortable for her.

This was a perfect solution to my problem of one leg being 3/8" shorter than the other after having a hip replaced (very common)).I peeled off one layer and made it the exact height I needed. I wish I had done it sooner. I bought several, one for each pair of shoes I wear. Put it under the insole so it stays in place.

Gives a good boost needed for a leg length difference for a good price; however, doesn't stay put as well if worn directly on top of shoe instead of under the insole

I use this product because I have one leg thatis shorter than the other. This product doesn'tslip around and is adjustable. I have not triedany other products to compare.
