easy install, no more dinged rims
Each kit only installs on ONE tire. If you're setting up your wheels for the first time, you'll need two kits. Biggest thing to pay attention to with these. It takes longer to install a tubeless tire than to install the Vittoria Air liner and doesn't require any special tools. Except maybe for a nail to make the hole that allows the zip tie to connect the two ends. Amazingly simple install- size/cut/cable tie together/mount on the rim (with a one tire bead already installed) and that's it. IF it takes more than 5 minutes, it's because you spent that time drinking a beer.My wheels are 29 x 3.0 and I ride them at 8 and 13psi since the install without a problem. I have better traction climbing now than before and especially in the corners (since the tire can't roll around as much as much). I also haven't heard my rims sing out once on the square edged rocks that infest my riding areas. There's no point in carrying a tube since these can be ridden out with a flat tire (claimed 100 miles) if a Stans Dart can't cure the problem. Impressive for the money and worth it.

Works on fat bikes!
Not sure how well it's going to hold up, but seems to be the only one that will work with tubeless fat tires. Set them up on some maxxis minions 3.8 front and rear. They are 27.5 and first impressions so far are good. Dampens the small bumps and hitting curbs faster than expected are less stressful knowing my rims have some protection. Trail riding feel hasn't changed really, more comfortable running lower pressures without fear of damaging rims. Installation was a little tricky, I put insert in tire first then rim and had a easy enough time getting tire on. Seen a video where they put rim in tire first then insert but I had installed them before I watched the video. If there is no update after a year, just know they are working well and still in lol.

Excellent value. Good insurance.
The media could not be loaded. I was on a trail called Lewis River Trail in Washington state. Broke a spoke on my rear wheel that let out all the air of the tire. I ride a haibike all mountain ebike. With the foam insert I was able to ride out 10 miles. It was a paved road but the bike is 55 pounds and at first I was going slow hoping I could just get me back. After a couple of miles of going 10 Mph I said hell with it if the fine is done it’s done after that I was doing anywhere from 20 to 25 Mph not suggested but you could see that the foam is perfect in excellent like new condition. Highly recommend it to anybody.

Impossible to insert on a road tire
Purchased insert for a road tire (proper size) but there is no way it can fit without special tools to compress it. Needs to come with the tools!

Good but not perfect
I like that these are very light and pretty easy to install. I have had a couple flats while using them, and the biggest downside is that while you _can_ ride them completely flat, the resistance is huge. You can't realistically ride more than 2 or 3 miles with a flat or you will completely wear yourself out. So, if you are going for a long backcountry ride, you will still need a spare tube and a place to stash the insert if you have a catastrophic tire failure. With that said, I really like how they support the tire and protect the rim from dents and overall reduce the risk of pinch flats. This is particularly helpful on lightweight gravel tires on a rigid bike.UPDATE: These work great with Stans and with Orange Seal sealant. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of using Panaracer "Seal Smart" Tubeless Tire sealant with (luckily only 1 of) these inserts. It is a bad combination. The sealant adheres to the Air-Liner insert and to the tire, essentially gluing the tire to the insert. I ended up having to cut the tire off of my rim to remove it. Then in trying to salvage the insert, I was pulling it to separate it from the tire and ended up tearing chunks off of the Air-Liner. I am not deducting any points for this problem as I think it was entirely the fault of the sealant and not the Air-Liner.

Works great
Been working great so far. I’m 240lbs so some extra cushion has been awesome on the rims. I’ve had a couple hits that should have done something to the rear rim without them.

Not a fan
Too heavy for a plus size tire. Tried to love it but was too much weight to be pedaling around. Also was a pain in the tukus to get on so i figured a trail side repair would have been a nightmare.

Game changer on a hardtail
Must have for plus hardtails like the Trek Stache on the rear. Gets rid of the bounce on plus tires, smoother ride, less squirm, more grip, awesome rim protection. Only downside is the weight and it's not that heavy.
