We are thrilled with this beautiful trellis! It's heavy, it's well-made, the color is great, and it arrived very quickly. Who could ask for more? I'm attaching a photo so you can see it in my new perennial garden. I know I paid a little more to get this kind of quality, but I think it's well worth what we paid and will last for many years. Can't wait to see a vine climbing on it! Beautiful!

I grow passion fruit vines in my garden, and they have a funny tendency to pop up all over the place, often 8-10 feet away from where I originally planted them. This means that I have to "chase" them each spring, and provide them with a support to climb on, wherever they decided to pop up. For this purpose, I have collected a number of towers and stand-alone trellises. This pretty arched one from H. Potter is a real gem. It is extremely sturdy, yet it was easy for me and my husband to assemble. It looks great bare, and will look even better covered in passion flowers. Thanks, H. Potter!

Recently ordered a decorative trellis from H Potter - the first time we have purchased an item from this vendor. The item arrived with a defect that required the vendor to replace the trellis. The reorder arrived with the same defect - a problem with one of their supplier's recent shipments that has since been corrected. H Potter ultimately canceled my order and provided me with a full refund.Normally I would be very upset with the vendor after an experience like this, but not in this case. H Potter provides a high quality product for a great price. I challenge you to find anything better in the market. Every vendor runs into problems with their suppliers from time-to-time, but no one handles a complaint better than H Potter. They don't talk to customers using a script or playbook. They provide personalized service and are unbelievably responsive. H Potter is the best!I plan to use H Potter every chance I get. These are the types of companies that need to prosper as they help make life easy.

The trellis is beautiful. We have it up against a red brick wall, really "pops". I thought that the bars maybe too thick for the clematis to climb, I ran a few strands of twine on the bottom to give them something to hook onto at first, no problem, they hooked on and it is covered. Even my skeptical husband likes it.

I needed something to put at the end of a large carport that was built 4 feet in the "air" because of the height of my house slab.......My builder used 4 across the end of the carport, embedding them into the concrete to make a "fence" across one end. Gorgeous! I even had room for large planters in front of each one with blooming, vining plants that have quickly attached to them and are beautiful.......hummingbirds and I are both enjoying them.....Thanks for the quality product. These people know their stuff! Trellis' made by H Potter are a cut above, way above the rest! For those that say it's expensive well you get what you pay for! I think the price matches the quality. I had one screw that was washed so didn't screw but the other three more than made up for it. I can see this lasting for years to come!

Although the product itself is impressive, there is insufficient support to install it securely. The attached stakes are not enough to keep it vertically in the ground. Contact with the owner advised to buy wood stakes or rebar. In addition it came with no instructions to pound it into the ground. Consequently the horizontal bars were bent in the process.

I'm an active seventy-four year old and I assembled and installed the trellis by myself. That isn't to say that it isn't heavy! The trellis is beautifully made and finished; but, it is a bit expensive. I would definitely buy another H. Potter product.
