I am a repeat customer on this product. it’s just really effective with helping me sleep and relaxing muscle pain.

I’ve had these gummies on a monthly order for over a year - I take them at night and consider them my “desert” because they taste so good & are sugary. I’d give it 5 stars but the last order tasted like cardboard. It went from “yay, time to have my desert” to not wanting them at all. I’ve had to use them anyway, but it feels lame to eat 8% of my sugars for the day disassociated from it so I can manage to chew it. Hoping it’s just a bad batch and not a formula change.

Where have these been all my life! I had such bad muscle cramps at night and trouble falling asleep. I tried tablets and they were like swallowing horse pills....these gummies are like having a piece of delicious candy. The best part is that they work!!!! I sleep through the night and have not had any muscle cramps at all......until.....I went away for a week and forgot to bring them......woke up with those cramps again. As soon as I returned home, I began using them again and, I was hooked! I'm sleeping like a baby and no cramps!!!!

I really wanted these to work. I am not looking to allievate anything specific I just wanted my daily amount of magnesium. These pills are huge but aren't hard to swallow. I mainly went for these because glycinate mg is said to not cause any GI issues but after taking these I had the usual stomach cramps gas and bloating that I get if I take regular oxide which leads me to believe this has oxide in it because there is no way there is 400mg of elemental glycinate magnesium in these pills they have to be cut with something. I also felt weird like a slight dizzy feeling and cloudy like I just woke up from a nap with these and heart palpitations. It's a shame since they aren't regulated by the fda it's no telling what we are consuming.
