Quality ginger, can be hard to mix in.
This is first-rate real ground ginger but without sugar and with whatever the other ingredient is, it kind of clumps up sometimes and you have to mix it into the hot water pretty vigorously

The description is not accurate as maltodextrin is not listed as an ingredient. Really disappointed with lack of disclosure since I enjoy ginger tea but MALTODEXTRIN makes me sick. Had to throw it away.
