Gary Moore - Still Got the Blues (Guitar Recorded Versions)

I've been a fan of the Guitar Recorded Version tab books from Hal Leonard for years; I have several dozen of their books for many different artists. In my opinion, they are among the most accurate you can find. The guys at Guitar World also do a great job with complete guitar/bass transcriptions if you haven't looked at their magazine lately. The complete score books from Japan are fantastic, but the prices online will make your eyes water. Book or not, there are some things players like Gary Moore can do that I just physically can't, but it's great fun to try (I can't dunk a basketball, either). Hal Leonard has done a great job of issuing tab books for years, I hope they stay at it.

This is a very good representation of his work. His riffs are so fast that even with the great transcriptions you need to here it...or at least I am not good enough to read it!!! But this book is great

日本向けCDのボーナストラックのThe StumbleやThe Sky〜などのタブ譜も欲しかったのですが残念ながらボーナストラック分は収録されていません!私と同じようにハードロックからブルース系に移行した者にとってレイボーンと共に影響を受けた人ですし大名盤です。結構弾きまくっている感がありますがほとんどペンタトニックなのでコピーしやすく勉強になります。タブ譜自体はかなり正確ですが国内物のタブよりは見にくいかと思います。慣れたら平気ですですからゲイリーの熱いプレイをコピーしたい人におすすめです。

Das Buch beinhaltet Transkriptionen aller Gitarrenparts des Originalalbums von Gary Moore in Noten und Tabulatur. Sehr präzise, keine Fehler, übersichtlich auf's Papier gebracht. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern, zugreifen und mitspielen.

I am a big Gary Moore fan and would heartily recommend this book. It covers some of his finest work including the sublime midnight blues and the tab is, on the whole, very accurate. Buy it.
