Fate /Apocrypha Part 1 BLU-RAY [2019]

Fate/Apocrypha Part 1 anime Blu-ray was animated by A-1 Pictures Studio and the Blu-ray was released by MVM Entertainment. The Picture quality and sound are quite nice! The menu is straightforward with options to choose English dub or Japanese with English Subtitles. The video is 1080p in 16:9 full frame aspect ratio. The audio is LPCM 2.0 for both English and Japanese. There is no closed-captioning for the English dub which is a disappointment for such a popular production. MVM did a nice print showing the faction symbols on the Blu-ray discs. They added a reversible cover which are both awesome to see! I look forward to their next release!

Amazon has the 'region locked' warning on all UK blurays, and most work fine for me,This one however will lock you out from playing the disc on Bluray players/Game consoles that are from the USA and other regions.(But, again this is always the risk you take when importing.There are still 'ways' to force it to play on a PC, and region free bluray players may work,so this does not really affect me, but I figured I'd still put the warning out there so others can plan ahead.I DID NOT deduct the score for the region lock, I was warned about this, I gave it a 4/5 because it's another overpriced Aniplex release, ~$30 for 12 episodes this long after release, and zero bonus features? just textless opening/closing.The show is a 5/5 though.
