I have been an American Made Kershaw enthusiast my whole adult life. That has now officially changed. I have been wanting a knife that I can appendix conceal carry. After hours of reading and watching countless videos, I settled on the Tops CAT. The craftsmanship, blade sharpness, sturdiness and the pure aesthetics of this knife is extraordinary!!!! THE ONLY DRAW BACK IS THIS….IF UR KNIFE IS EXTREMELY SHARP, AND U CUT SOMETHING VERY STRONG LIKE A THICK CARDBOARD BOX, U WILL NEED TO RESHARPEN THE BLADE, IF YOU WANT THE SAME SHARPNESS AS BEFORE. 1095 IS NOT THE VERY BEST STEEL FOR EDGE RETENTION. IT IS OK FOR MILD USE, BUT IT IS NOT GREAT FOR EDGE RETENTION. GOOGLE KNIFE STEEL AND SEE. MOST USE WILL BE MILD SO U WILL BE OK. NOT TRYING TO DISCOURAGE U, BUT TELL U HOW THE COW ATE THE CABBAGE! JUST KEEP IT SHARP, AND U WILL BE HAPPY.

Awesome knife exactly what I need. I did not like the sheath at all because it was very bulky and came up the handle way to far and did not have very many attachment points so I made a better one.

What an awesome knife, the quality and feel in the hand, and sharpness are near perfect. I want this on me in the woods and the dangerous streets of Seattle.

It's a great knife, but did not suit my needs (defense). Quality of the material is top notch. I wish the sheath didn't go up the knife as far as it does. If you're using this as a camping knife, I think it will hold up to the abuse. I already have a camping knife, so for this price I had to return it.

This knife is not only gorgeous but also very well made. Perfect size. The sheath rotates so you can carry it sideways on your belt. It's my new favorite knife.
