This is one of the probiotics I use to keep my digestion in good working order. I find it also helps with UTI problems I have had recurring over the years. As long as I take this brand of probiotics I have no problems and no UTIs.

Doctor recommended
My gastroenterologist recommended a probiotic with Saccharomyces Boulardii as it's main ingredients. The name brand cost as much for a 20 day supply as this one does for a 100 day supply and works just as well.
