The chair instructions and assembly were relativity easy to assemble. I did, however, resort to watching a viedo to figure out the pump lever and then the little lever screw. Be careful when putting the screws in the back, as they caught on the leather and the wooden holes were hard to fine. I almost messed that up. Take your time, read the instructions and Google the viedo. It ends up being a very nice product.........sturdy and comfortable...........and really pretty.

I ordered this months ago and when I got it one of the arm rests was gross molded it stunk and I was disappointed HOWEVER I reached out and they were great and responded and helped me out they seriously are great and in the end it was just an unfortunate thing. I love my chair.

After three years of use, the pump quit working. The only way to keep the chair from going down constantly was putting the chair in lock position. It only lasted for two years and the last year it slowly got worse and worse. If it wasn’t locked, it would sink down and make this insanely loud clicking sound. I reached out to see if it was possible to purchase just a pump replacement part and they won’t offer that. Warranty is only a year so don’t waste your money and just buy something that’s actual PROFESSIONAL quality!! If I could give ZERO stars then I would!! Don’t trust the positive reviews like I did and invest is something that will last!!!

I only ordered this chair because the shipping was as fast as I needed. To my surprise I LOVE it! It’s actually real leather unlike my other chairs it’s extremely durable and nice. Con is it’s slightly narrow a bit concerned for when a heftier client arrives and i wish it reclined a few inches lower but it’s great I use it for Microblading

I got this chair with something looks like a fungus. it’s was black dots on the one side of the chair.i tried to clean with bleach, but now it looks pink and yellow. i tried to reach out to seller, but no response. it’s so heavy , i can’t return it. but they should respond and tell us the way to clean up.n it’s hard to the adjustment too. not a comfortable chair for clients too.

I ordered 5 chairs but 3 of them were unfortunately damaged . Overall the chairs are comfortable but do not look or feel durable.

I love it ! My clients are very comfortable in it.

The base is not Heavy enough, it always felt like it was gonna tip over. Leg rest is too narrow and uncomfortable for men.
