Hyundai Motors Genuine New Front Wing Hood Bonnet Emblem 18.4cm(7.2") 1-pc For 2011 2012 2013 Hyundai Genesis Sedan

My 2012 Genesis doesn't have those fancy hood holes for the emblem, but no worries. I just whipped out my trusty pliers, snapped off those pesky tabs in the back, and boom – problem solved. I had the original emblem installed by a pro years ago, and noticed they did the same thing by removing the tabs. Then it was just a matter of cleaning up the old emblem with some goo gone and a hair blow dryer, giving it a good polish with some car compound, a wipe down with rubbing alcohol, and sticking on the new emblem. This thing ain't going anywhere thanks to that strong 3M adhesive. Plus, it's the original logo – none of that knockoff stuff. So yeah, overall, super happy with the upgrade. Now my Genesis is looking sleeker than ever!

Top OEM quality. Took some time to measure, re-measure and then used masking tape to map out the exact area for placement. The hood wing looks awesome and really dresses up the car. Had to grind down the posts on the wing (do not drill your hood) when it showed up, but I knew that going into it. Inexpensive way to make your Genesis stand out. Would suggest that you do both, the hood and the trunk. Thanks Amazon seller!

Great size. My hood was bare and I started driving for Lyft and no one knew what kind of car I had. The down side is you need to have a rotary tool that works for plastic and metal if you don’t plan on putting holes through your hood. Took my about an hour to sand both of them down. Those have to be sanded down so you can just stick it on. Adhesive is 3m mounting tape so it’s really good. Make sure it’s straight and in the right place before sticking it cause one you do, that’s it. If it doesn’t hold up I’ll come Back and update my review . Otherwise, good buy so far .

Do not care too much for these they ended up large in size and gave two big round holes on the back that are supposed to fit in the trunk. I just don’t like them. You have to cut and sand the back down to fit or make larger holes in your trunk for it to fit.

This was exactly what I needed and is a factory original part. There are two knobs on the back side that you need to grind or cut off to make it fit perfectly flat. Once that was done and the old emblem was removed I cleaned off the glue/tape residue And put this new emblem on my hood. It looks incredible.
