So close to 5 stars, water output is a bit low.
I've been using these filters for quite some time. Overall the product is good but the water volume is pretty low. Even with a fresh filter the amount of water is low compared to other systems I've used. Installation is simple go under the sink and hook up to the main water line. Replacement was also simple and easy. The taste removes the chlorine and easy to use. If only the water output was good, it would be 5 star.

Amazing customer service
Frizzlife is a company that has the most amazing customer service of any company I have dealt with in my 72 years. When we ordered and installed our original under-counter filter in 2021 we found out it would not filter out the high iron from our well and Frizzlife offered to upgrade us to a reverse osmosis system. We subsequently sold that house and decided to be full time RV’ers and wanted to install the original filter system in our RV. When we unpacked it from storage we found out one of the 3 filter housings had cracked and I reached out to Frizzlife directly since I didn’t see the option of buying just one housing on Amazon. She checked their warehouse and said she would send me one at no charge! Today we received a whole new under the counter filter system that they shipped FOR FREE. These people set the bar for customer service and I hope you will purchase your next filter system from them. Their replacement filters are reasonably priced and both filter units we have used have been awesome. Thank you Frizzlife. You all are amazing.

Stage one filter changed every six months. Stage two. Every 12 months Stage brown with calcium. Iron particles etc. Worth $12
