Not as bad as the negative reviews say
I had an aftermarket Pioneer radio in my car that was already installed when I purchased the vehicle. The radio had been discontinued in 2006, so none of the features that came with it worked except for the radio itself, which finally stopped working all together about a week ago.I was pretty hesitant to buy this based on the negative reviews and downgrading from Pioneer brand, but I figured for the price and Amazon's return policy, it really wouldn't hurt if I bought it and didn't like it. I'm really pleased with my purchase and this radio will be great for my upcoming cross-country road trip. The Bluetooth setup was really easy and connects to my phone as soon as I turn the car on, the radio has an AUX port, a USB port to charge your phone, and the volume can actually get REALLY loud on original speakers despite what other reviews stated. I'm happy with the blue color glow from the radio as it matches my car interior/exterior but for anyone looking to change the color- I don't think you can.

Cheap price, good sound
Does not dim. Cannot adjust brightness. Takes getting used to driving at night. Sounds way better than factory radio and Bluetooth functions work well.

For 2006 Toyota Corolla
The touch screen on my Jensen VX7020 car stereo stopped working, so I decided to give this inexpensive blue tooth capable radio a try. Install was painless and very quick. All functions were tested and worked perfectly. I don't know exactly where the built-in BT microphone is located on this radio, but it worked fantastic, and far better than on the old Jensen VX7020.. My wife was very pleased with how clear the voices where coming through. FM and AM radio stations came in perfectly here in Long Island, New York while sitting in our driveway. Hopefully they will work great while driving as well. If this new car stereo lasts for a reasonable amount of time, I will be very happy.

No reception and a ground loop
Went in easy enough. Fit the double din opening a little big. Nothing a little trim from the Dremel on the dash opening couldn’t handle. Bluetooth pickup and clarity were really good. That’s the only good thing. FM reception was terrible. Every station over 92 MHz faded in and out continuously. Put in a new antenna and cable. No change. And there was a horrible ground loop buzzing in one of the speakers. Just the front right. Nothing stopped it. Went through 3 different fix attempts, including putting in new ground straps throughout the engine bay (a Big Three reground). Loop was internal to the unit. I finally got fed up, ripped it out and sent it back before the return window closed. Bought the cheapest Kenwood, and none of the issues came back. Perfect reception with the same antenna and no ground loop with the same truck harness. Lesson learned. Buy name brand quality audio equipment.

Pretty Decent but disappointing
installed this radio in my 2003 Ford F250 Super Duty and it had a nice snug fit in my dash bezel that allowed me to omit a install kit. the sound is decent and the buttons feel good to press. however there are issues that prevent me from giving more than a 3 star review. you cannot change the color of the radio, which is disappointing considering the 26 dollar single din radios on Amazon have that feature. the instructions for setting the clock on my sheet were wrong. they tell you to use the tune arrows to change the time when you need to turn the volume knob. also the link on the sheet provided to go online and download a "complete" owners manual leads to a page not found on Dual's website. google searching the "complete" manual just gave me the same instructions found on my sheet with the addition of a short and useless trouble shooting table. pressing the volume knob brings you to the menu and there are abbreviations that are not explained on the instructions so you have to just test them out to see what they do. finally the radio does have electrical feedback when the sound is not on, though it is not noticeable with music playing. this is the radio as the previous radio did not experience this and it was wired the same way. the main harness is also concerningly hard to clip into the radio and requires wiggling the plug to get the plug to clip into the radio. i'll see how this does long term, but ill probably be replacing it with a better radio down the road

Checked all the Boxes
I wanted a no frills basic Blue Tooth head unit. It checked all the boxes for that. I like display and ease of install. With the correct wiring kit the install was painless. The only thing I dont like is that the clock does not default to display, you need to push the button for it to stay on

F250/350 owners - excellent under $50 upgrade
Very pleased with Jensen double DIN deck and install. Was after an inexpensive deck for Bluetooth music and hands-free phone. Other brand reviews were concerning so decided with name brand. PROS: Been 2 weeks and all is fine. 08 F250. Took longer to wire harnesses and tidy up with zip tie than the reminder of the install. Youtube has good dash removal vids. Install kits worked perfect and look factory. No gaps or out of place look. Bluetooth syncs fast. Microphone clear. Power reasonable for nice sound. My OEM speakers could use upgrade now. EQ function better than standard. Preset EQ not my style but they are there. CONS: Phone has un-sync’d a 2 times when truck off. Quick to pair though. Clock display a little dim. I wear glasses so probably just me. Anything major happens later I’ll add to this review. F250/350 owners don’t be afraid of this excellent under $50 upgrade. Bought w/Metra 40-CR10 antenna adapter, Metra 95-5812 Dbl Din install kit, Metra electronics 70-5520 wire harness.

Low price with many features
Made a great stereo for my niece, sound is great through amps (did not hear it without them). It has great controls for sub levels and the steering wheel remote gets used more than we thought. The only downside is that there is no way to turn off the guide lines for the back up camera (should only affect older cars that did not come with a camera).

Good Value For Money - Minor Faults
Does the job for a good price, bluetooth connectivity is good, installation was smooth and simple. Controls are clearly labeled and relatively intuitive. Pros - surprisingly good built in mic, cost effective, small size and good bluetooth connectivity. Cons - unable to plug in a different mic, buttons cheap and loudly click, not able to dim front lighting of button display at all (distractingly bright at night for myself)

No funciona bien.
