Cases and Materials on Contracts: Making and Doing Deals (American Casebook Series) 3rd Edition

If you love sarcasm, like I do, you will ADORE this book. Law school is pretty dead boring so this will be a nice respite from the boredom.

Even though I never actually got the book in the mail [had to buy it at the school book store], the book is pretty funny for a law book. The authors take jabs at each other and include absurd comments that make the reading assignments more of a fun read than an assignment.

The authors really took the time extra time to make this a fun read. Yes, this casebook is actually entertaining and a pleasure to read. In fact, even if I was not in law school, I might read this book just for the hell of it. If you are assigned this book consider yourself lucky.

Just as good as the 4th edition. Worth risking it by getting the earlier edition for home and borrowing the 4th from the library for class.

The authors try to inject a little humor into a potentially boring subject. I find that the humor helps me to remember the concepts better, and make it a little less dry.

I never thought I would ever like a casebook, but I was wrong. The dialogue between the authors in the notes makes everything worthwhile.
