Atlas of Small Animal Ultrasonography

Bought for a veterinary practice.. great book. detailed and easy to read. Lots of picture and diagrams. Good for teaching non-vets. Was recommended to buy by a radiologist.

It wasn’t clear when I purchased this on Amazon that it is the second edition (2015); it’s a more recent edition than listed in the blurb on the Amazon site (I’m happy). I purchased the book because I’m taking the online class the authors offer, and I wanted a comprehensive text to go with the videos in the class. Some of the reviews had said that the images in the book were bad; I don’t agree. I can only think that they were talking about the first edition, because these images are great. The book is clear, with excellent explanations and diagrams. Just love it!

I was very pleased with this book. I was thrilled with the emphasis on diseases and the videos improve my understanding of the material.

Text contents are updated and improved.Very disappointed on quality of images, paper type and binding for the price. Looks almost as printed at home. Not nearly as good as the first edition.
