I have used these for years on bicycle rides in the heat or a little long for extra energy. And invariably they get on my gloves, or spoil my pockets etc. I have tried to bring baggies to put the empties into with mixed results. Good nutrition but a messy delivery system. Where do you put the empty bag?

As a runner, I’ve tried a couple different gels, these didn’t agree with my stomach and the fruity flavors were gross. A good buy if you can stomach them.

We received all the gels we ordered, which were a variety pack. However they were all packed in a single flavor box and the box was put in one of those white plastic shipping bag used for other products. When the two boxes arrived the boxes were all squished and the gels all lose in the bag. Fortunately only one of the gels smashed enough to leak over the other items, which washed off okay.So...product received in the quantity and flavors ordered, but they need to use a box to ship these types of things.

These are great gels. As a person who would much rather eat snacks while running than take a gel, even I find myself reaching for a couple of these guys on my long runs. My only side note is that I don’t notice the caffeine in these. Even the 100mg caffeine gels don’t seem to give me an energy boost. Not the end of the world since I’m taking them for the quick carbs more than anything.

These are great gels. The only problem i have with them is the powerful taste. At first its good but on long rides and your doing 1 each miles the powerful taste leaves you with taste fatigue. The gels work great though and give you all the carbs you need to keep going.

I have used these gels since starting endurance riding. I find these a tasty and easy supplement for my bicycle rides. Store well in my jersey's and my top tube bag. Some caffeinated some decaf, a good mix. Favorites are the chocolates and the cherry, but there isn't a nasty tasting one in the bunch. I've tried other brands, but have found the CLIF gels are the best for me.
