Got this because of a YouTube review for my streaming room, once I received it it was simple to install and where to cut as well. But once everything was done for what it didn’t even turn on I double checked if everything was correct and nothing I started playing around with the power and led controller to see and it would flash but not stay one and yes there’s an arrow to make sure you connect it correctly with the positive (+). I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement but after a couple of emails back and forth giving them information and what was the defective part for nothing because I didn’t hear back from them at all. I returned this product please do avoid purchasing this go for any other led strips cause this will give you actual problems.

I already had one from another brand that I bought 2 or 3 years ago, and I needed a new one. I hesitated to buy this one because it's 30$ and I've seen other brands sell for 20$ or 25$, but I wanted the RF controller because the infra red ones are horrible and unreliable and I figured a 10$ difference for the RF controller is worth it. I am definitely happy I bought this. It is very well and professionally packaged, it even came with L-shaped connectors and gapless connectors (I hadn't noticed it came with that, and I bought an extra set separately for another 10$). and I think it would have been worth the 30$ even if it was not even RF. I love it.I'm very happy with this purchase!

I would not recommend this product, white colour doesn't work, very flimsy, cheap. I tried contacting the company to get the lights exchanged or a refund, and they don't return emails, no phone number. do yourself a favour and stay away from this seller.

I ran this strip under the drip rail and awning on my trailer. This kit unlike most has great 3M adhesive tape. I had an RV Tech help me with the install, he said this was the nicest/easiest kit he has ever installed. It looks great and works as advertised.

Stickyness on back fall off walls surfaces you need stronger stuff yo mount.

The connection is the wrong one. The power adapted is a round plug, the lights connect with usb. Company sent a new controller and it worked as it should.
