Starting with a 27 inch waist, I first got a X-Small B-Black, and I loved it. Easy to put on/take off. Then I decided to try the XXX-Small (once I dieted, exercised, etc., to achieve a 25 inch waist). They didn't have the B-Black version available in that size (at the time), so I purchased the D-Black. I ended up throwing it away . . . the main problem was the TEETH.The teeth on the D-Black "get stuck" . . . you can put it on (very difficult to do, may I add . . . I had to use gloves!), but you can't take it off without tearing up your hands (if you can take it off at all . . . without cutting through it with a scissor/ruining the product, which I ended up having to do to mine). In fact, I noticed that even trying to connect/disconnect the teeth of the product without even having it on was VERY difficult! The D-Black doesn't stretch well (like the B-Black does) either, but again, it's the teeth that's the main problem (not the stretch). And ironically, it's $10 more than the B-Black!Just got a XX-Small B-Black, and it was easy to put on AND take off (just as my original X-Small B-Black was), but the smallest adjustment on it isn't as tight as I thought it would be. (But measuring around my waist with it on, my waist is 23.25 inches, so it's probably correct, given that it's 22 inches.)BTW, I have a 25 inch waist (with a 37.5 inch bust), and on the smallest adjustment (without the extender), the XX-Small gives a nice firm squeeze. Not too hard on the rib-cage, but firm enough. If you have a 27 inch waist, the X-Small would be a good fit. If you have a 23-24 inch waist or below, XXX-Small would be more appropriate. But if you have a 22 inch waist or smaller, you will need to look for a different product, as XXX small is not going to give you much of a squeeze, IMO.But now that I know that my assumption was correct . . . that B-Black is the way to go . . . I'm going to purchase the XXX-Small B-Black before it goes out of stock again!FYI

First thing I noticed is this is great quality. However the sizing is tricky. I read these comments and took my measurements. My waist is 33” Based on the chart I was a 2XL. Which I’m normally in clothing a medium. I recently gained 40lbs. I’m 34, 5’4 and 172lbs now. So based on comments I dropped one size lower to a Xl especially because of the extender. Now I got it today and trying it on without the extender I can stretch to it’s tightest. It’s tight but it’s supposed to be. That being said I have no trouble breathing, my back feels so supported which is amazing. It’s comfortable. I love that it’s breathable. I have a very thin tank underneath.So I think I’m going to exchange it for a L but honestly with the extender, I think even a medium I’d get the most out of it as I slim down. I will add that I have the one with less bones in it and the comments seem to say the one with more has less stretch so in that case I would size down one more. Hope this helps. Great buy. I am 5-5", weigh 132lbs and have a 32" waist after 3 kids (now teens). I got the 9.45" small in beige with 25 steel bones - FYI, it is 24.8" on the tightest (1st) row and 26" on the 3rd row of hooks. Extender has 3 rows of hooks. PROS: 1) Arrived fast. 2) Does not stretch much at all which is a good thing because its tight make and steel bones force your abs to contract vs. stretching to fit them. My previous trainers would stretch & grow with my waist which defeats the purpose. 3) Although tight, the trainer very comfortable - does not poke your under-breast. 4) Forces you to sit upright due to some pressure under the breast but not enough to hurt. 5) Material is thicker than my previous trainers - does not cause my skin to bulge where it sits due to thickness (i.e no bubble butt). 6) Material seems durable, like it might go a couple of years without easily tearing/getting holes. CONS: 1) Lack of stretch makes it difficult to put on but lying down allowed me to add a tighter fit than standing up. I may tighten it gradually as my waist shrinks over time. Overall, I def. like this so far. I think it will do what its supposed to and shrink my waist. Hope this helps someone!

Bought a medium but couldn’t even get it to close because it was way too small! Bought XL (felt bad about myself for having to buy an XL! ) it does make a difference in flattening out that mom belly and hiding those love handles since I’ve been too lazy to exercise! LolI would wear a longer tank top underneath it because it’s long on me and rubs my left lower abdomen raw due to friction. It is a corset so it shoves your boobs up high which I’m not fond of since I’m already a DD! I haven’t worn it under a dress or out to shy events because I like to be comfortable and I feel this would frustrate me being tucked in, and sweaty with my boobs up to my chin! Lol I mainly wear it to work out in and keep my stomach muscles from getting lazier than they are!

My Waist measures 133” which advised to be a size 2xL i believe but i decided to go with a size L because I wanted to fit a little tighter since im still loosing weight but it still fitted big so I had to return then ordered a size M.

I tried several waist trainers and this one is definitely the best!!!!!! I am 5’4, 144lbs and I ordered XXS. Using that extender now and working towards using the waist without it, eventually 🤭😅

I'm 5'4" 225lbs and I ordered an XL. It came with an extender which worked perfect. The outside fabric is kind of sticky (not really the best word) I guess more so anti slip? The inside is soft tho. My only complaint is that it's not long enough for me. If I pull it up to my boobs I have a little pudge sticking out down below but it's not bad.

I like it. It fits well- true to size and comes with an extender, but the boning seems to make a squeaky sound when I move which irks me somewhat but that’s not a problem lol hopefully it will wear itself in and go away.it’s not as high quality as the beige/nude latex one, but still feels pretty durable. I think the latex is not as thick, it has more of a fabric feel rather than rubber, which is good in a way because it would be better when worn under skin tight clothing.

Perfect fit, used to use the extra strip but now I’m on the second to last slip o no the waist trainer. Love it! However it does hurt at the back a bit because of the stick at the back sticks out
