Dr. Watson - 13.4" Extra Long Churchwarden Tobacco Pipe, Tolkien's LOTR Hobbit Style (Mirkwood)

Bought this for smoking weed and am very satisfied with this purchase. Smoke was too hot and harsh with regular pipes. Bongs cool smoke but you can't puff then inhale. The extra length cools the smoke fine, minimizing coughing. Nice big bowl sits just right in my hand. Looks great too. 5 out of 5!

Reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure about it at first, but I took the plung anyway because I liked the shape so much. So glad I bought this. Burns excellent and looks amazing.

Looks great, smokes even better. Only piece of feedback is the end stem to thin, everything else is on point though!!!

Pipe looks nice. Been a lord of the rings fan for a long time. But Pieces don't fit together spent an hour or so just trying to connect the mouth piece. Eventually I filed the interior part that connects and now it fits.

It cracked after 3 short 45 min smokes

Wonderfully made, solid without being heavy. Smokes very well, I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a good smoking pipe

I was given this pipe as a gift in late February and I loved the look and feel of it. I smoked with it several times between then and late May. At that point, the problem many of these reviews have mentioned happened to me as well. The piece connecting the stem to the bowl broke. The pipe was not dropped, bent, or used in any way that would have caused this. Because of that, I reached out to customer service asking for a refund or even just a replacement piece to fix the pipe. I was told that only a 20% refund would be available because it was past the 1 month return policy. When I explained the faulty piece, this was their response:"Unfortunately, due to its nature and materials, we cannot guarantee that our product will last more than 1 month. Some of our customers use our pipes as display items and others smoke tobacco. The display tobacco pipe will definitely last more than 1 month, but once used for smoking, the lifespan will be drastically reduced. We use fruit tree wood and plastic in the manufacturing process. It reduces the cost of the product."Essentially, they are saying they have a very cheap product that may not last more than a month. This is not only unacceptable, its ridiculous. Through numerous conversations, I was able to get them up to a 50% refund. But my message is simple: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!
